All my scars don’t seem to matter anymore
Daughtry - Start of Something Good
I’ve been obsessed with this song lately, it’s gorgeous. And that’s pretty much all I have to say about that. <3 xY

Oh love
Green Day - Oh Love
This is an exciting time for music lovers! I’m ignoring the new release of No Doubt in favor of Green Day. They used to be one of my favourite bands, so it’s pretty cool that they decided to release three albums in a couple of months! Here is the first single! xY.
Is it raining in heaven?
Queen - No One But You (Only The Good Die Young)
Lately, I’ve been listening to Queen like crazy. They have become one of my favorite bands. This particular song doesn’t really need an explanation. It’s hauntingly beautiful. “One by one, only the good die young.” xY.
Just lose control and let your body give in
Ryan Star - Start a fire
I think Ryan Star was one of the succesfull recommendations that Last.fm sent my way. I fell in love with his voice and listened to his album ‘11:59’ quite a lot.
This song has so much power(a look at the title is enough explanation, I guess) and I just can’t keep still while listening to it. xY.
I like the way you hurt inside
Get Scared - Hurt
So I basically don’t know this band at all. But I’ve been obsessed with this song for a couple of months now. It’s amazing. xY.
Tell the world I’m coming home
Skylar Grey - Coming Home - Part II
A while back, Diddy - Dirty Money (yet another one of Sean Combs pseudonyms) released a song called “Coming Home”. I wasn’t interested in how Diddy was back where he belonged or never felt so strong and everything else that came flowing out of his mouth, but from the first listen I thought that the chorus was so beautiful and haunting. A little research later I fell in love with Skylar Grey.
After 2 releases in 2011(Dance without you & Invinsible) she released a remarkable EP called “The Buried Sessions of Skylar Grey”. Besides her own version of Love The Way You Lie (obviously better than the original) and a new song (Words) there was a song called Coming Home - Part II. It turned out to be the song around the chorus of the Coming Home we already knew. This is the song I wanted to share with the world today, cause really. She’s amazing. ENJOY. :)
I really fucked it up this time
Tonight Alive - Little Lion Man
I have to admit that I always have some room left in my music library for pretty much everything that includes some loud electric guitar, but I really really like this cover. Even though I like the original, this hits harder, obviously. Enjoy. :)
This could really be a good life
OneRepublic - Good Life
After all these songs, I’m still not sure what to think of OneRepublic. There’s no denying that Ryan Tedder’s an awesome songwriter & I do like a lot of their songs. But I still think their music isn’t THAT interesting and they seem to kinda suck live.
But like I said: I do like a lot of their songs. One of them is Good Life. Enjoy. :)
Got the heart of a winner, but looking back at me is someone else
Dappy - No Regrets
So. Usually, this really isn’t my cup of tea and everything. But I just heard it as background music on tv and oh. my. god. This track is fucking sickkkkk! D:
I’ll lie and you’ll believe
The Pretty Reckless - Just Tonight
This song is one of my favourites. Possibly, because I’m a complete sucker for Taylor’s voices. Possibly, for another reason. I’m not completely sure.
All I know is that this song is so simple, but to me it feels like it’s hiding a more sophisticated message behind these lyrics. I just love it. Enjoy!
